Players of the Week

Week 10 #BCFC Players of the Week. On the offensive side of the ball, @okanagan_sun running back Elelyon Noa was a busy man on Saturday night. With 42 carries and 253 yards it was a team record breaking evening for Noa, who broke the Sun team rushing yards record held by Malcolm Miller. Now also had two TD’s on the day, making him a clear choice for the Offensive POW. Congrats Elelyon!

We have another repeat winner of the #BCFC defensive Player of the Week. It is @valleyhuskers linebacker @andy.ofo who was all over the field Saturday night for the Huskers. Andy finished the night with 8 tackles, 2 assists, 1 QB sack, and a fumble recovery, and held the Rams to only 5 points on the night. Congrats Andy and very deserving winner of the Defensive Player of the Week honours.

And last but certainly not least is our #BCFC Special Teams winner, and that is @lucrodrigues7 from the @valleyhuskers . Luc who was dangerous all night on returns was huge for the Huskers. He finished with 8 punt returns for 175 yards and 1 TD (92 yards), helping his team to a big win Saturday. Congrats Luc!
