Starlight Stadium to host memorial for former city councillor

A celebration of the life of former Langford councillor and sportsman Roger Wade will be held at Starlight Stadium on Wednesday.

Wade, who died last month at age 61, served on Langford council for four terms, beginning in 2008, and was the general manger of the West Shore Rebels football club.
