Week 5 Players of the Week

Special Teams are always a HUGE part of the game, and @valleyhuskers returner @gradyandrea_ was a threat all day for the Huskers. Grady had 157 yards returning on 6 attempts, and was very close to cracking a couple for even bigger gains for this team. Congrats Grady on being named the #BCFC Special Teams Player of the Week

Another week in the #BCFC and some more amazing accomplishments. On the offensive side of the ball, @okanagan_sun running back Elelyon Noa has been outstanding this year for the Sun. His combination of speed, power and quick feet have made him tough to stop in 2024. On Saturday, Elelyon had 216 yards rushing on just 14 carries and two touchdowns. He also added another 75 yards receiving (5 receptions) and another major, giving him three on the day. Congrats Elelyon on being named the Offensive Player of the Week

The @langleyrams won their third game in a row in #Kamloops on Saturday night, and the win was anchored by a stingy "D," which held the Broncos to just 6 points on the day. Leading the charge for the Rams was @deanmeurrens who had 5 tackles on the day, and an interception for a touchdown. Not a bad day at all Dean, and congrats on winning the #BCFC Defensive Player of the Week
